These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aika ("the Software"), a macOS application developed and published by Suprasanna Ojha ("Developer," "we," "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using Aika, you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use Aika on any Mac computers that you personally own or control. This is a lifetime license — there is no expiration date and no recurring fees.
The Software, including all code, design, documentation, and associated materials, remains the intellectual property of the Developer. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.
You may not:
Your license includes access to all future updates to the Software at no additional cost. Updates are provided at the Developer's discretion and may include new features, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements. The Developer is not obligated to provide updates on any specific schedule.
Aika requires macOS 15 Sequoia or later. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the minimum requirements before purchasing. The Developer is not responsible for compatibility issues with unsupported macOS versions.
All sales are final. Aika is a digital product delivered instantly and purchases are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Aika does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations.
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Software. The Developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
Your license remains in effect perpetually unless terminated. The Developer may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
