All sales are final. Aika is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are non-refundable.

No Refunds

Once your purchase is complete, the license is delivered immediately and the sale is final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.

Before You Buy

We encourage you to review all features, screenshots, and system requirements before purchasing. Aika requires macOS 15 Sequoia or later. If you're unsure whether Aika is right for you, please reach out to us before buying — we're happy to answer any questions.
